Our Company is ISO 9001:2000 accredited. The processes and manuals used for this accreditation are in use daily.

We are committed to sound management practices ensuring client requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner, maximising incident free processing of internal services.

Realsure Ltd has a current Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy with Lumley General Insurance Ltd.

In July 2004 Realsure Ltd was accredited by Telarc Ltd with ISO 9001:2000.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Realsure Ltd is committed to the protection of its employees, sub consultants and clients from accidental injury from work carried out by and on behalf of the company.

Our health and safety plan was updated in April 2004 to ensure all aspects of safety commitment.

We have an unblemished record, which is evident by the nil claim history with ACC.

IT SYSTEMS

Realsure Ltd takes advantage of today's technology using personal computers, voice transfer, database and accounting software to ensure our client's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition to our in-house technology is the technology used in the field including:

  • digital cameras
  • hand held data recorders
  • non-invasive moisture meters and resistance meters
  • laptops
  • electrical testing equipment

STAFF AND FRANCHISEE TRAINING

The Realsure quality manual for ISO 9001 allows for, and ensures the ongoing up-skilling of staff and Franchisee's.

This is monitored during annual ISO audits and separate internal audits.

Incentives for staff and Franchisee up-skilling are also offered, which includes study leave and fee reimbursement for employees.
