During the build of our new house we employed REALSURE to carry out an independent building inspection on our behalf. The service was excellent and provided a very detailed report describing issues that needed to be addressed during the final stages of the build, and at the completion of the project. The identification of defects, and the associated explanations, made a major contribution towards achieving an effective handover, and provided a large proportion of maintenance information to support the finishing of our home. We are in no doubt that REALSURE provides an essential service, which is excellent value for money. We would highly recommended Realsure to any non-expert homebuilder.
